We want you happy with your press kit. Because these are digital products and custom work, refunds depend on the tier:
Because you download the finished files immediately, these are generally non-refundable once the file has been downloaded or the Studio has been used to generate your site. If something is broken or not as described, email us within 7 days and we'll fix it or make it right.
You can request a full refund any time before we start building. Once work has begun, we'll refund any portion not yet completed. After your finished site is delivered and approved, the build is non-refundable.
Custom projects follow the terms in your individual quote/agreement (typically a non-refundable deposit, with the balance tied to milestones).
Cancel anytime — your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, and you won't be charged again. We don't provide partial refunds for the current period, but there are no long-term commitments.
